I really want to see SFU improve, but they sure don't seem capable of it.

Trying to get a feel of their skill level.

They have only won a couple of games the last several years and those appear to be against non D2 competition.

They looked much more competitive in the mid 2010s.

They haven't been able to keep a coach long enough to build a program.

As opposed to Wt keeping a Coach too long?

Maybe the WT coach can go to SFU!

WT coach is fine right where he is at. I vote to let him stay and keep doing what he is doing.

This appears to be a case of one of two extremes, he is either doing too much, micro-managing the assistant coaches OR he is giving the assistant coaches too much leeway.
The defensive schemes are unchanged from the first year and the offensive approach also has not changed. I am voting for #1, micro-managing.

Well....first problem is there is no dedicated DC. Next is a mixed level of coaching talent. You have two former DII HCs and then guys from Juco, Panhandle State, etc....

My other issue is lack of leadership & talent amongst the coaching staff. You need ONE strong leader.

The team has the players. LOTS of talent!!!
