No that would be different than food chains.

WT, for example, has 3 national brand hotels and a restaurant on property owned by the university. I believe they are built on long term ground leases. It is a good use of university owned land. Land that was suitable for commercial development and not needed for future university use.

Story Links
NEW ORLEANS – For the second week in a row, Angelo State track & field's Oussama El Bouchayby has been named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week after his performance at the Texas Relays.

It is silly to me that mostly WT posters start other sports threads in the Football forum. Poor form in my opinion.

The Buffs were ranked 15th in the nation in the first week polls before making an advance to the No. 3 spot. WT competed this past weekend at the, invite only, Texas Relays. There were 13 Buffs that competed for the maroon and white against some of the best in the nation across all divisions.
The men's 4x100 relay team ran a 38.92, placed fifth in at the Texas Relays and became the second fast relay team in division II history. The Buffs, Joseph Manu, Jerry Jakpa, Jalen Purcell and Isaac Botsio, broke a record that had been in good standing since 2013. Other notable performances came from Joseph Manu running a 10.14 in the 100m, Hamdi Ali placing 8th in the high jump (2.10m), Butare Rugenerwa ran in the 800m and placed third all-time in the WT record books and Jeremiah Lauzon ran in the 200m, the only division II athlete in the race, and came away with tenth place (20.72).The Great White Buffalo has Returned

A #3 in Coaches Association Ranking or a World Record setter? 🙄
I give a C- on the attempted "One-Upper". Nice try though! 😂

More worthless news crap came across the wire.
https://www.heartlandcollegesports.c...at-usc-report/
Never thought much of Kingsbury as a HC. QB coach may be his gig.
Other crap I'm hearing is that Arizona and former Big 12 Colorado are going to join and rejoin Big 12 in the next few months.
