Quite frankly, Western Oregon definitely won the recruiting game over Central this year. They are loading up while CWU isn't even able to recruit a wide receiver nor did they add a high school QB in their class. Should be a pretty good rivalry going forward.
A lot of that is established coaching vs brand new coach coming in and getting a late start on things. I do think WOU has a very good shot at making the playoffs this coming year given the coaching carousel in the top teams.
