    5. TAMUK
    6. MSU

Surprised Central Washington would be ranked this high with the coaching turnover.

Thanks for the props, I think Western Oregon did have a great recruiting year. I would seriously move up UTPB with 25 high school kids and another 20 transfers.

Props to all Lone Star teams for still honoring the high school football game, which Division 1 has pretty much ignored with the portal. I've talked to a lot of student athletes over the years at the high school level and a lot of them feel left out. Really glad that High School recruiting is still a thing in division 2. Anyway good stuff on this thread, thanks.

Its good to see both pacific coast teams at the top of the LSC and justifies their football affiliation.

UTPB signed 20 transfers but the quality of the transfer was MUCH different then the past few years. Most of the guys they signed have played very little if at all. ENMU and UTPB both signed a ton of transfers but very little production

Well I am back stateside. Let me say...the two USA hockey victories over Canada were magical. Especially the Men's. One of the best moments in my life! Italy was spectacular....as usual.

I expected to come on to D2 and read all the NLI Day talk that I missed out on....only to find NONE!

WTH is going on in the LSC? No bragging, jawing, fighting on NLI Day???

I am severely disappointed in you all. 😔

But....Nice/not nice to be back home.

I feel like UTPB really took a step down in recruiting. Which benefited Angelo, WT, and Midwestern. There was no Briles effect at ENMU with WNMU out performing them. Pacific Northwest schools continued to find talent at home.

                    See comments above.

I just got on to someone at work for not reading a whole e-mail chain before asking the questions that were answered there. Haha.

Glad you are back and safe and had a great vacation.

Olympics and world cup (maybe 2026) are definitely on the bucket list.

I was asking what methodology he used to rank the teams. please show me where he stated that. I DID read the entire thread. Try to keep up Gomer(Government Worker).

Thanks for the welcome back. Nice to see family and friends.....but I sure didn't miss the crime and politics. Now I can't wait to go back to Italy.

He said that UTPB and ENMU transfers had very little playing time for part of it. The rest of it looks like it made sense. We will see when August starts.

Great to have you back and totally agree on your other points.

Who knows. I am too busy and lazy to check out his Mel Kiper takes on the UTPB recruits. They still have Gibson at QB so they are still going to be a threat this year as long as the wide receivers are not coming from any 4A schools. 😉
