Haven't heard/read anything about MSU's Zylstra, Heim or Gunn getting signed after draft today. Can still happen over the next couple days. The shutdown of pro days/workouts certainly didn't help them.

Nice to see so many Mav football players taking academics seriously.

9 Mavs, seniors Justin Arnold, Jordan Bergren, Jack Curtis, Alex Goettl, Evan Heim, Spencer Hermus, Ryan Schlichte, Tyler Schmidt and Shane Zylstra were all named to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society for the Mavericks. Congrats!

MSU had the second-most Division II student-athletes named to the NFF Hampshire Honor Society. Wayne State University led Division II with 10.

I recall most of those scenes; some good pictures.
One of the most memorable game endings I recall was back in the early 2000's when South Dakota Univ. was still in D2 and the NCC. The Mavs were going for either the tie or the win with a field goal with a few seconds left. The attempt was blocked by the Coyotes, but a Maverick alertly retrieved the ball and ran it into the end zone for the win.

Completely agree with you on that.
