Or ruts in the field. The biggest problem is the time change. Playing at noon compared to playing at six. As a fan, it will be a pretty late return.

Right now the team is scheduled for driving up Friday and staying in Crookston. They could save money by leaving around 8 Saturday morning- stretch their legs in St Cloud, maybe even in Fargo, and still make it with hours to spare. I don't think that many players would get in trouble on Friday night in Mankato- it is the Thursday and Saturday nights that are the war zones.

While it is just UMC, the distance is simply too far to drive up in the morning. If it were closer to home then probably. The ride back will be rough.
