I remember when they came out with the Big Gulp, somewhere around 1980. It seemed humongous. Everyone was like, "who could drink 32oz of soda?"

Now that's the medium size drink at many places.

In California the two big convenient stores are 7/11 and Circle K. Since 7/11 is worldwide and humongous I'll go to Circle K whenever possible. Although they are growing throughout the Southwest. But I avoid the food they "nuke" at either franchise. The hot dogs look like a high school science experiment gone bad. Real bad.

I go to Culvers when I want a burger with McDonald's flavor but also have the need to spend twice the money. I used to get a discount there in college through my employer - and it was right next door. I went 2 or 3 times.

Jamestown does have a Quiznos. That explains a lot about all of this. Remember those awful mascots they had?

Jamestown doesn't have any OOC games on their 2025 schedule, so it's 10 conference games this season. Most of you probably expect them to go 0-10 and I understand that. But I'm predicting a 2 win season. I can't tell you who'll they beat, it's just a gut feeling. Go Jimmies! Look out, I'm driving the bandwagon baby!
