You get points based on your standings at the end of each sport season. The more teams in the sponsored sport, the more points the championship is worth.Originally posted by CollegeFBGuy View Post
I don’t really know how this contest works, but having all of the sports would be helpful.
For example Basketball, all 15 schools sponsor it so winning the championship gets you 15 pts. Second place gets 14, and so on...add up the points at the end of the year and that's how we find out what Athletic Department won the All sports championship
Obviously sponsorship of sports is key in winning it, hence why MSU, Augie, USF, and Mary wind up near the top.

11th at absolute best
Someone can correct me if I am wrong here, but they sponsor all 18 NSIC Sports so that gives them the advantage over most of the conference but that doesn't tell the whole story. I expect at or near bottom in anything that isn't volleyball or basketball.

great tidbit. thanks for sharing. that might be a stop. and nothing is really "out of the way" -- the back roads are greatOriginally posted by NSU4LIFE View Post
It's a little out of your way, but Wahpeton/Breckenridge is the only course in the county where the front nine is in one state and the back nine is in another.

On Sept. 6 at KO stadium, when they line up against the beef Augie is packing, Jimmies will be wetting their uniforms. They'll come in all jacked up and leave deflated. No NSIC wins for JU.
