Should Jamestown be accepted into the NSIC?

They’d be average all the time, sometimes popping in a couple sports. That doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun though.

Nobody is claiming them to be an SEC. However they are still athletically better than each of our schools, and are the logical step up.

It's a D2 conference pretending to be a D1 conference. Their fans are insufferable. There's other reasons, but people act like they're the second coming of the SEC, and that's just embarrassing.

I've sat through 10 years of SMSU football - so I have a high tolerance for bad college sports, but even I have my limits.

SCSU would be a perfect fit for the Summit. They'd dominate in baseball, and probably be competitive in most other sports. Or they won't, it's not like anyone is watching anyway.

Can't say that I fully agree with you, Jamestown definitely a no go. Although, BSU, SMSU, and WSC would be a start of one heck of a NAIA conference, would kick GPAC ass. Glad those 3 are D2 and NSIC for sure.

These are the schools and markets the NSIC should be appealing to, not the small schools in rural America like Jamestown, Bemidji and Southwest!
