Are you going to be there? If so, I will treat you to a choc. milk and we can watch the Jimmies inaugural foray into D2 together. Perhaps. when time is nigh we can start a thread on score prediction. I'll see you in Sioux Falls!

        Cheers!

        • In a unscientific 5-minute research project looking on Google Maps, it seems like Jamestown is just the second current NSIC institution where the home team will stand on the East sideline of the football field.

It’s good the NSIC finally adds some diversity

Bemidji being the other? Okay, well, they are more like northeast.

Afternoon sun on players and coaches a good thing on those cold late season games.

I tried to stick with cardinal directions, so I'd put them as North. It's an inexact science to be sure.

It has always bothered me that Blakeslee is off kilter. Huge mistake to make it northwest by southeast, creating the wind tunnel.

                    • I went on a college visit to Bemidji once and they had the gall to tell me the Chet was the only stadium in the conference with trees "in the endzone." The nerve.

Which is a real serious problem. Wayne gets a pass for having a Runza but everyone else needs to get it together.
Oh no, I’m not familiar with Runza? What is the story here? The must haves?

It's a Nebraska-based chain that specializes in an empenada-like sandwich called the Runza. It's like a fancy Hot Pocket stuffed with ground beef, cabbage and onions.

Personally, I find them average tasting at best. They benefit from being dipped in a tremendous amount of ketchup.

                            Their fries are pretty good.

Tundra covered it - Nebraska hot pockets. I first had one near Warren Buffet's office in Omaha, I distinctly remember seeing a car with a "proud Minnesota State parent" sticker on it.

It's not the best thing I've ever had, but it's different. And I like different.
