We will be driving through Jamestown around lunch time next week on our way to Minot for the weekend (because, why not Minot? hockey ID camp). Will have to check out and see what we can find for eats in town.

You will have to go to Paradiso Mexican Restaurant, the exact place where one too many margaritas got the Jimmys in the NSIC, excellent choice Mr Hieb.Originally posted by Millsy View PostWe will be driving through Jamestown around lunch time next week on our way to Minot for the weekend (because, why not Minot? hockey ID camp). Ehh, have been to Paradiso elsewhere. Looking for more "hole in the wall" local places that may be open at noon. A lot of the bars coming up don't look like they open until 4 PM during the week.Originally posted by oldyellaHer69 View Post

My favorite western writer was from Jamestown, North Dakota. I hope to visit the Writer's Shack someday.Originally posted by Stanger86 View PostI think we'll be rolling through Jamestown on Monday ourselves, returning from a weekend trip out west.

I had Arby's today. Beef and Cheddar. Huzzah.Originally posted by crixus View Post
I saw your post right before I went outside to get the mail. There were coupons from Carl's Jr. in my mailbox. Not bad but I'd rather have Arby's.
About as gourmet as it gets in eastern South Dakota. Bougie, as the kids say.

IHere, here! If you can't find gourmet food in Sioux Falls, you're doing it wrong.Originally posted by vikingfaithful View Post
There plenty of great dining options in eastern SD, you're too cheap to visit them!4x 'Crackerjack' NAIA National Champions - 1996, 2006, 2008, 2009

There was one last year, I believe. I will see if it is still around.Originally posted by WSUWarriorFan View PostSeeing all this food talk makes me think we need to get a thread going of restaurants in our beloved NSIC towns. I will start one tonight. A little over a month until the season starts!!!Millsy
