They’re not even regional quality level. Only thing that looks worse is Jamestown record vs d2 teams.Originally posted by Stanger86 View PostNo one thought they would step in day one and be at a Division II national championship quality level immediately. Stop lying, you only make yourself look worse if you believed that.
your volleyball program clearly thought they would do well in nsic.

Great, they’re the bottom of the barrel D2. Congrats you lowered the bar to being as good as Crookston.Originally posted by Stanger86 View Post
Okay, and? Does that mean the institution doesn't belong in Division II? Is that same standard applied to every other institution?
youre too passionate about Jamestown. This is wild.

Im not sure region would matter for them. I mean, the success of Crookston across the board is so few and far between. Its one thing to invest and try to better yourself as a whole, but the sample size is pretty large where of I were them id say, what is the point?Originally posted by Stanger86 View Post

I dont think their enrollment would change if they were down in D3. They have their own draw, as long as the programs stay the same.

Well, maybe you haven't noticed yet, but we don't exactly have any Division II metrics yet for Jamestown in men's and women's basketball, baseball, etc. That leaves only the fall sports, like football.Originally posted by zimmy21 View Post
Surely you wouldn't compare just one sport though to judge an entire athletic department? Wasn't that your argument days, weeks, months ago?

You really think the better football players at Jamestown will stay after 1-10 season?Originally posted by vikingfaithful View PostIt's difficult to gauge Jamestown U. success or lack uf success until at least 3 more recruiting cycles. Personally, I think they have a steep uphill climb to success.
