Well that's a different question, as of right now UMC is legal. According to the D2 bylaws you only need 10 sports to count

Yeah, that doesn't say anything about Jamestown. It was a strategic plan put in place 4 years ago.
Expansion was only mentioned in the sense that the League has a group of self-appointed advisors to look into expansion and give their recommendations.

Unless you write “big checks” to your University of choice; I don’t think they care what fans/alums think. If you do write those checks-they will certainly listen. Otherwise, call me skeptical of any impact letters or emails might have.

All the above people can barely read or write let alone use email. Conference commissioner says what to do and everybody else rubber stamps it. Doesn’t even matter if you write a big check anymore.

You would probably get a canned response, something to the effect that "Thank you for your concerns. We treat each question with respect and consideration. We are looking at the problem from all angles and will include your concerns in our resolution."
