Looks like 5 for BSU and 6 for SCSU?

I WFH so I got used to the video calls real quick. Text is almost always best (IMO) but agree that is loses so much context.

    Last part: truth
My goal is to live long enough to be the last human to ever use the phrase "get off my lawn" though it may be at some AI creation

Texting is good for quick message to be discrete or if you don't need a fast response.

Email is a good way to include many, again not need a quit response and save information.

A phone call gives the beat context and keeps people connect.

Nothing will ever top face to face.

Video calls are too futuristic for my old school, under 40 backside.

Internet began the destruction of civilization...and not just because it gave us this message board to prove how big of dorks humans can be... ;)

But the second part was meant to be about a program where the teams support each other as in your first post. Probably made it more confusing than I needed to. My bad.

Certainly would have applied had the coaching path worked out, haha

That would be a program that would be fun to be around. And likely damn successful, in many ways.

I've fought this battle (with some reason added) for over half of my life. It is unfortunate that regardless how much support you give it doesn't always go both ways, but it's just a sad, sad truth.

    1. They are likely to be as good or better than UMC in every sport except baseball to start out - and UMC was decimated by transfers this year in baseball so who knows. By the way, Gust is a great coach.

    2. Did you know UMC offers 4 Men's sports ? Once you start looking at this it's amazing. What a joke. If the league is willing to let UMC drop football and offer 4 sports, how is adding Jamestown a step down? It isn't.

3.St. Cloud is very poorly run and hemoraging in every way and dropped football. Near as I can tell Jamestown is way more stable. Lots of sports, including football. Nice facilities. Nicer than St. Cloud for the most part.

    4. And Jamestown is a nice town. No reason it can't be a good addition.

    5. Not a bad trip for anyone but maybe Winona and Wayne and Duluth. Yeah would suck for UMD, but so what. Long ways for Winona and Wayne, but almost all 4 lanes.

    6. Near as I can tell solid alumni base.

    7. I agree they are small and there are negatives too, but overall, they are better than some current members for sure.
This was your original that I stated read more like an indictment of St Cloud and Crookston than a pro-Jamestown piece. 4 and 5 were the only ones making a case for them and they weren’t super strong.

Your latest post was more pro-Jamestown.

Maybe Southwest should join the GPAC that they have so much in common with? Seems to make more sense.

Not to give St. Cloud/Bemidji more credit than they deserve but SCSU sponsors 6 Mens sports (4in NSIC), and Bemidji sponsors 5 mens sports (4 in NSIC). Both would not be allowed in D2 if they were in D3 and looking to move up
More manipulation of facts. Apparently they offer that major at SSU.

We've never beaten MSU in DII competition, but we may have a shot if they drop down to non-scholly. Would be like Christmas for the NSIC teams - a win over their old foe on a pay-for-play deal.

Tis all I'm saying. The PFL sucks and MSU would be the next Drake if they joined. Would be both hilarious and awesome.
To be fair, you think almost everything sucks at this point and that's been made quite clear. I can't even keep up with the amount of teams, levels, etc that you have given some negative thoughts about. I don't even think there is anything left that you enjoy, but maybe there never was.

Good god. If you can’t tell the difference between a team already in the conference, and one attempting to get an invite, nobody can help you.

No. Bemidji should not get kicked out. Dumb question.

Again, Jamestown is not even invited yet. Night and day difference than already being a conference member.

Easy for you to think that, but we'll never know will we?
Nit sure that I'd compare a whole league off of a 1 win team, yes that's right, they've only beaten SMSU.
That would be like saying Minot beating a D3 school by a point means the NSIC sucks
