I don't know, but if they don't already have an answer, it must mean they have no plan...

      • Volleyball coach said "we can't have a tougher schedule than what we have in our conference right now."

Well, I guess time will tell on that.

"Hegerle will have to adjust to is the fact that in the NAIA they have unlimited substitutions but in the NCAA they are limited to 15. Hegerle said he is not a fan of the substitution limits and that it will force him to change the way he recruits players,"

If the university is accepted into the NSIC, it will begin competing at the NCAA Division II level in the 2025-26 academic year. Peterson said the university is waiting on the NCAA to decide whether or not it has to sit out the postseason for a period of time or if UJ can immediately be eligible for postseason play,"

Looks like they've been upfront about the postseason ban to me. (referring to you claiming they have not done so)

Yeah, on X their fans were talking a lot of S***, saying they are immediately the best in the NSIC. Lol, I told them sit down and shut up, wait for that first conference matchup with Wayne, CSP, UMD or SMSU. You think this is some BS NAIA level volleyball lol

What an idiot, why does this school think it's so special that it gets to skip postseason ban? Even St. Thomas had a postseason ban and they were in a much tougher spot than Jamestown lol

If they have a vocal fan base talking $#!t on X about women's volleyball, then I'm actually fairly excited for the addition...this conference could use much more social media action as well as passion.

Erin Lind promised us no post season ban after having two margaritas from Paridiso during campus visit, don’t deal

It maybe feels that way because my lines of thinking don't revolve around the North Central Four. The Northern Sun was a conference before they were here and they'll be one after. So my focus of any conference movement isn't to placate a particular school or two over fears that they might leave. I'm looking at institutions and markets that I believe align with the conference as a whole. Program successes and failures ebb and flow, so it's foolish in my mind to say you won't accept an institution based on the on-field/court product. That's not what conferences are about.

                      That's kinda cool actually.

They won't have much to chatter about after about week 4 of their first season - but I appreciate the fire.
