These are nearly identical to my figurings, with the exception of Adams State, which my figurings are different by only 2 (1,115 was my figure) and NH Highlands. I wondered if the RMAC used a different figure for Highlands opening game that was called after the 1st game due to lightning, and I double checked the box score. Still listed as zero on the Highlands website. So I decided to check Fort Lewis' website (Highlands' opponent that game), and there is an actual attendance listed of 800. So, I will use that figure, as I am sure there was certainly people at the game, and I will refigure and edit my previous messages accordingly.

EDIT: After using Fort Lewis box score of 800 for that lightning called game, my NH Highlands average now matches the RMAC release.

            11. New Mexico Highlands 507 (5 games)

This does not conclude the non-playoff season. So, in addition to CO Mines and CSUP's home playoff games on Sat Nov 23rd, New Mexico Highlands will host Western New Mexico in the La Batalla Bowl on the same day. So, for the purposes of this thread, I will use that game to give a final update to New Mexico Highlands attendance weekly average. I calculate that NM Highlands will need to have a posted attendance of 3,396 for the La Batalla Bowl to climb out of last place in average RMAC attendance.

And this here for those wondering about attendance throughout all of D2land. Here are all the first round games ranked for posted attendance (team hosted listed first), and final scores of the games as well.

                1. Tarleton State 16 vs Texas A&M Commerce 23 8,214
                2. Ouachita Baptist 38 vs Lindenwood 41 4,689
                3. Northwest Missouri State 7 vs Harding 6 3,276
                4. Colorado State Pueblo 17 vs Augustana 0 2,909
                5. Colorado Mines 24 vs Sioux Falls 21 2,403
                6. Bowie State 9 vs Carson Newman 17 1,819
                7. Kutztown 33 vs Tiffin 31 1,784
                8. IUP 27 vs Shepherd 31 1,594
                9. Notre Dame 31 vs West Chester 24 1,123
                10. Lenoir-Rhyne 26 vs Miles 7 1,074
                11. Wingate 17 vs West Florida 38 1,050
                12. Central Missouri 37 vs Indianapolis 27 0

I am disappointed that Central Missouri didn't bother to count (or at least, estimate) folks. They actually have 0 posted on their box score, so that is what I'll show on here. Being an MIAA school, I figured they would probably be near the top of this list. Other notes, surprised that CSUP had this low a turnout. Also, have NW Mizzou fans got spoiled? Most of those eastern schools have very poor attendance.

Also interesting, home teams went 7-5, good for the RMAC that none of those 5 losses are CSUP and COMines.

Guarantee there were more than 2900 fans at the Mines game. Home side was almost full.

Not at all a surprise. Students mostly gone and there were high school playoff games that most people in the city care far more about as Pueblo West and Pueblo South both had games. It's a high school town no doubt about that.

                      It only holds 4,000.

Well, it holds more than that, but assuming that is the max, then there were 3500. Visitors side was half full. I had to make them scan two more of my tickets they forgot, lol.

Yeah, I have to agree. The beer garden and west end zone were shut down (stupid rules) but there were definitely more people there than at the Dixie game.
