Still plenty of intrigue heading into the final week. Really looking forward to the game in Pueblo for all the marbles. Western players need need to find their goldfish memory and be ready for a pesky Mesa squad.

Yep winner of the Chadron/Pueblo game will host round 1.

The Angelo State - West Texas game will also be big for Western Colorado and UTPB's SOS.

I personally don't think UTPB survives the Sul Ross and Adams State 0-20 SOS hits but stranger things have happened.

Interesting, I saw Buffalo/Islander Alum suggest in another forum that teams can be moved to another region if another team would be bus distance ride for a playoff game (<600 miles I think). This opens up some other playoff matchup possibilities for Chadron, but it raises questions as to why we have regions at all.

So, with that in mind, Chadron can bus to Pueblo for a rematch (God, I hope not), or fly to basically anywhere. Central Washington or Pittsburg State or Harding if in region. But if they get moved out of region, they could conceivably go to Ferris St, Indianapolis, Ashland or MN Duluth.

Yikes... I didn't realize that Chadron was almost in South Dakota...
