      • Mavs top Mary in penalty kicks and will move on to play Augie in the semis.

CU was leading 2-0 at last report. Bemidji & SCSU were tied at last report.

          • Mavs advance to the NSIC championship game at 2 PM on Sunday vs either CU or SCSU after shutting out Augie 3-0. Mavs were dominant in the first half but could only score one goal early. In the second half Augie was relentless for the first twenty minutes or so but just couldn't put in the equalizer. Mavs got two late goals when Augie had to sell out on offense.

If you haven't watched Jenny Vetter play, she is worth the price of admission. The pocket rocket speeds by people.

            • Excellent effort by the Mavs today to advance to the championship game. Vetter is simply amazing, with her quickness and speed.

              • Congratulations to MSU on winning the NSIC tournament championship today 3-0. Should give them a good chance for a home regional playoff game.

                • Regional soccer for tomorrow has been moved inside the brand new bubble. Grand Valley v Indianapolis at 3, MSU v Central MO at 6. No seating, everyone should expect to stand. This will be very interesting. Unfortunately the women's basketball game starts at 5:30.

                  • It's great they have that new facility to use, as otherwise conditions for playing the games outside today would have been very cold.
