28 degrees and I would guess the wind is off the lake. I don't think I have been to the Chet many times when the wind hasn't been off the lake! LOL!

And that is the final, BSU moves onto the Championship on Sunday. Game time is 1 PM, I believe.

Yes, an initial post said 2 but then was corrected to 1. I wish that it wasn't such a far drive or I'd go. If it was 60 calm and sunny I'd go anyway.

I remember when they only had six teams make it- Chad explained it. Some regions had seven this year- I think some only six but I was only paying much attention to our region.

In 2019, each region had only 6 teams. NCAA expanded tournament to 56 teams this season, with extra bids going to regions with the most teams.

I expected the Jennies would stay ahead of Bemidji since both lost in their conference tounament final. But I expected Emporia to jump over both since they have a better record than the Jennies and won both matches the two played.

After looking at the pdf put out by the NCAA, I'm not quite as surprised.

                                D2 & In-Region SOS: CentralMO .595, Emporia .539 & Bemidji .521
                                In-Region RPI: CentralMO .655, Emporia .624 & Bemidji .617
                                D2 Performance Indicator: CentralMO 21.429, Emporia 21.190 & Bemidji 20.450

5 of the Jennies non-con opponents made the NCAA tournament, 0 of Emporia's made the field.
