Week 9 of the NE10 Football Conference last week was wild with Bentley putting up 62 points and Assumption getting shut out. AIC will travel to Grand Rapids this week to take on D2 National Champion Ferris State Bulldogs. This should be another great week for football for the D2 NE10 Conference.
NE10 GAME TO WATCH
AIC 7 @ Ferris 35: AIC had a rough go of it last week versus Bentley. This week is no cakewalk as AIC faces Ferris State. Ferris State Head Coach Tony Annese has run one of the most prolific running games in all of college football. Expect a lot of power read, jet sweep, GT counter, and all types of options this week from the Bulldogs.
GAME PREDICTIONS
Pace 17 @ Saint Anselm 24: Saint Anselm is riding high after beating two of the Conference's best teams in New Haven and Assumption. They will keep the dream alive this week.
Assumption 21 @ New Haven 24: This is a top-tier NE10 Conference matchup between two teams fighting to be kings of the NE10 Conference. Assumption is working itself back from a loss last week versus Saint Anselm. New Haven is also looking forward to bouncing back from a loss to Saint Anselm two weeks ago. New Havens' offense will be the difference this week.
Southern CT 28 @ Post 10: Post got their first NE10 Conference win last week by upsetting Franklin Pierce. Southern CT has been a little inconsistent this season and needs a win to make it two in a row. Post will struggle coming off such an emotional win last week.
Franklin Pierce 28 @ Bentley 35: This will be a fun game to watch. Franklin Pierce is looking to bounce back with a win this week over an explosive Bentley team. Bentley still has some ammo left and will win by a TD.
