It was a great reminder of the diverse aspects of life these athletes are going through as young adults and brought a renewed appreciation for what it takes to participate in sports (or other time-consuming, potentially stressful campus organizations) while also trying to earn a degree.
Some of the players from EMCC and featured on Last Chance U will be on Gulf South Conference rosters this fall.
