Armo:
Coach Maxfield thanks for taking time out of your schedule to speak with me today about Henderson Football.

Coach Maxfield:
Good to be here.

Armo:
Congratulations are in order, first for back-to-back GAC championships and undefeated regular seasons on top of that and second for being nationally ranked in several preseason polls.

Coach Maxfield:

Coach Maxfield:

Armo:
Talk a little bit about what the return of Harlon Hill finalist Quarterback Kevin Rodgers, and long term experienced receivers you have in Darius Davis and Dustin Holland, means for Henderson offensively as it seeks its third straight GAC title.

Coach Maxfield:

Armo:
Switching from offense over to defense. You return defensive playmakers such as Defensive End Glennon Bobo, Linebacker Tim Llewellyn and Safety Christian Love, however, you lost two really big defensive playmakers in GAC Defensive Player of the Year Linebacker Keaton Stigger and Linebacker Ricardo Mendez. Talk about what it means to have guys, like Bobo, Llewellyn and Love, returning defensively and how their experience helps to offset the key losses of Stigger and Mendez?

Coach Maxfield:

Armo:
You kick off the season September 6th in Bethany, Oklahoma against Southern Nazerene, talk about that.

Coach Maxfield:

Armo:
Coach, once again, thank you for taking time to discuss Henderson football with me. I want to wish you the best of luck in your quest
for a three-peat as GAC Champs this year.

Coach Maxfield:
Thank you.
