East Central at Oklahoma Baptist---12pm

East Central is coming off of a 69-0 blowout win over Southern Nazarene. East Central has been an offensive juggernaut this season, averaging 484.3 yards a game and 42.7 points per game. If not for an errant throw on their last possession against Ouachita, East Central could be 3-0 instead of 2-1.

Oklahoma Baptist is coming off of a 40-27 loss to Southeastern Oklahoma. Oklahoma Baptist after their amazing game against Harding, have not looked good. They did make a late surge against Southeastern and managed to get it within 10 points early in the 4th quarter, after being down 23-0 midway in the 2nd quarter. But, it turned out to be too little too late.

This game will tell us if East Central is truly a top tier team capable of handling lower tier teams or if Oklahoma Baptist is a tough nut at home. I think East Central takes this one handily.

Arkansas Monticello at Harding---6pm

Southern Arkansas at Arkansas Tech---6pmst

Southeastern Oklahoma at Southern Nazarene---6pm
Southeastern Oklahoma had a 23-0 lead on Oklahoma Baptist, but almost let it slip twice in the game, as Oklahoma Baptist managed to pull within 9 points late in the 1st half and then pull back again to within 10 points midway through the 4th quarter. Southeastern looked good in the first two games but mistakes cost them. Last week the Savage Storm started out fast, then looked like they took a nap and it allowed Oklahoma Baptist to make a comeback attempt. While Southeastern did enough to win, they cannot take snoozes and expect to always come out on top even if they are the more talented team.

Last year Southern Nazarene took East Central to the wire. This year East Central did not allow the Crimson Storm to hang around, winning 69-0. Southern Nazarene not only got blown out last week, but were dominated to the tune of gaining only 72 total yards and 6 first downs.

Expect a spirited fight from Southern Nazarene on their home field, but Southeastern gets the win.

Northwestern Oklahoma at Ouachita Baptist---7pm
Things started off bad for Northwestern Oklahoma last week when Henderson returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and then tacked on 2 points to go up 8-0 early in the game. The Rangers looked like they were out of it going into the 4th quarter down 25-3. Then a pick six, a defensive stop and a 2-play scoring drive closed the gap to 25-17 midway through the fourth quarter. The Rangers were just unable to generate any more offense, even though they had some chances.

Ouachita found itself in an early back-and-forth with Southwestern, until the Bulldogs adjusted on defense. Twice in the 4th
