The first edition of the Regional Rankings will be released soon. These are the rankings that matter--forget the polls, when it comes to making the playoffs and fighting for a spot at the national championship game, making the Top 7 in the Regional Rankings is what counts. Below you will find the criteria published by the NCAA for the Regional Rankings. Also is a list of teams in Super Region 1 with no more than 2 losses. The order of the teams is not my prediction for the upcoming Regional Rankings--I simply listed them by overall record and alphabetical order. Comment below with your predictions for the first installment of rankings.

First, a reminder of the criteria used for the Regional Rankings as published by the NCAA ....

Again, the teams below are listed by overall record and alphabetical order. I included teams with two losses because they still have a chance. Several teams on this list have upcoming games against each other, and conference championship games are likely to muddy the rankings by the time we reach the end of the regular season. Happy speculating how the teams should be ordered, the upcoming win/loss scenarios and implications, and who undoubtedly (by their fans) got hosed by the committee.
