Week 4 Review

Last weekend we had our first weekend of Divisional games, the race is now on, the biggest question is who will be the next surprise. Week four had a rash of surprises, and two programs did what we thought they would. Other programs showed it could be a long fall for them and they may need to start looking ahead to 2019. IUP and West Chester both rolled over programs we expected. California showed heart and again defeated Edinboro. Here is the scoreboard recap from week 4.
