Week 7 in the PSAC
As we inch towards week 7 in the PSAC we see many great matchups, from rivalry matchups to homecoming celebrations. This is a great time of year all across the league, The East division leader West Chester is off this week and the other unbeaten team in the division host a 1-5 Lock Haven team in a homecoming contest in Kutztown.
In a quick look at the division standings both sides of the PSAC are led by two teams who are yet to drop a division game. California and Slippery Rock in the west and West Chester and Kutztown in the east; I think the east is going to come down to one of these two programs. The race in the west is still very open for competition. SRU hosts the Fighting Scots of Edinboro this weekend followed by road trips to Clarion and California, all three teams are 4-2. Clarion, IUP and Edinboro are all 4-2 and will play each other the next few weeks. California has a homecoming clash with Gannon, a road trip to always tough Mercyhurst before welcoming Slippery Rock to Adamson Stadium on October 27th.

These are four games that will carry importance throughout the region.
