NWMSU Tops D2's In "Programs That Inspire" List

I kept getting asked about recommendations for programs beyond what folks see on espn, and have been releasing these top 20 lists of "Programs That Inspire" in various sports. It would be great to get feedback on what folks think the big misses are (or big hits) are in basketball, and fwiw, you're not going to hurt anybody's feelings. When you start putting a list like this together, with way over 1000 colleges eligible, you very quickly realize you could make a top 50 without any particular drop off. Also, the gulf between D2 & D3 competition in basketball, is bigger than in most sports, which makes these mixed rankings even more subjective than in a sport like soccer.
