Today is a day that will go down in infamy for today the Univursty of Verginny, Wise officially becomes a SAC member school. (insert hip-hip-hooray here). My old Kentucky Christian pal Dane Damron is the head coach, and a fine fellow he is too. In 2018 the Wiseguys went 4-6 and sneaked by Shepherd (sort of a big upset) to conclude the season. Old Dane is known to throw an offensive wild card every now and then. Defensive co-ordinators must dust off their Trick Play defense books when facing the Wiseguys. At KCU as I remember, Dane liked to put the ball in the air but that's been a while ago so who knows what he will be up to. I suspect all the SAC coaches are studying film from the Wiseguys last season.
