I don't think it would be immediate. I'm thinking 5-6 years down the road.
But as the end of the ASC pact comes to an end.....and unless...

Will the GAC ever look at expanding?
I'm curious to know if the GAC will possibly be looking to expand in the next 5-6 years.
Are they satisfied with the SILO as is?
