Well, the NCAA is another huge organization that often reacts by shooting from the hip & often does not think through their decision. I include yesterday's decision, as well as this today's reported decision. Reminds me of insurance companies that just write rules without understanding what it means to ALL of the people involved.

Yesterday's decision should have been delayed until after the weekend wherein teams/players/limited fans had already travelled to locations & suddenly had to return home. Their limitations on fans & teams had already greatly reduced the risks, so what has been gained by throwing away 3-4 days.

Today's reported decision should be shelved for at least a week until all of the schools have had time to think through the ramifications to the institution, all classes of students (in-coming freshman thru today's seniors), as well as scholarship limits & costs.
