Hey Randy. When I left from our meeting the other day I has every intention in my mind to go ahead and change jobs no matter what the compensation. The 2 things that bothered me the most was not taking my daughter to and from school for 1 more year, will have license next year. And outstanding 401k loan that taxes would be due on. But I still intented to switch . When I woke up one morning my 1st feeling was a distinct not to switch....... now. I have learned over the years to follow THAT feeling. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused you guys. Who knows in a couple of years things may change. I hope I haven't damaged any chance for any future employment. I am so glad I got to meet you, pretty awesome. Will be following HSU and Joe very closely.
