Saturday, Oct. 20; 1:30 p.m. CT
Harlan C. Hunter Stadium; St. Charles, Mo.
Question: Can Lindenwood get going in what is expected to be a third straight game without Ben Gomez (missed all of last game and all but one drive of previous game) or does Washburn continue their quiet ride to the the top of the conference?
Lindenwood in the nearly two games without Gomez is an entirely different beast. In just five games, Ben Gomez threw for more than 1,600 yards, 14 TDs and 6 INTs. Taylor Jasin, who has played for Gomez since he got hurt in the first drive of the Hays game, has since thrown for 487, 1 TD and 5 INTs.
Washburn, meanwhile, has quietly moved into 4th in the conference in scoring offense and is doing their best to shut me up about their inconsistencies.
AnswerPrediction: Look for big things defensively for Washburn, namely superstar LB Bryce Atagi. Washburn 30 Lindenwood 10

ESU's is no walk in the park, nor is WU's. It will be interesting to see how those two do. ESU fans think the hornets are much improved and WU's fans think the bods are down this season. It will be interesting to see how each team turns out.
Hate to see you go down so hard Pitt, the Gorillas are a good team, but it looks like they've got some rebuilding to do.
MO West - Damn. I really don't know what more to say about that performance. Definitely had your Wheaties this morning.
Emporia still stands at the top. NW has to take on Washburn who's still hanging in the mist. Gonna be another crazy week next week!
