1. No. 12 Henderson State2. No. 2 Minnesota State 9-0 9-0 -- Hosts No. 20 (SR3-9) 8-3 Sioux Falls in Week 10 and 2-7 Upper Iowa in Week 11. Whether it happens or not, I like the Mavericks in the top spot if they win out. A split is probably going to mean a first-round road trip and two losses would put them on the bad side of the bubble. 3. No. 18 Harding4. No. 3 Northwest Missouri 8-1 8-1 - hosts No. 25 (SR3-6) 8-1 Emporia State in Week 10 and No. 10 (SR-5) Missouri Western in Week 11. They're an easy move ahead of Harding if they win out, but might need some help to creep into the Top 2 and a first-round bye. Depending on what else happens, a loss worries me, and two losses would bump them from the field. (7)

5. No. 10 Missouri Western 8-1 8-1 (14) hosts 7-2 Washburn in Week 10 and at No. 3 (SR3-4) 8-1 Northwest Missour i in Week 11. Same situation as the Bearcats. If the Griffons win out, I like them in the 3-seed ahead of Harding, a loss might be a cause for concern and two losses kills playoff chances. (14)

6. No. 25 Emporia State 7. No. 7 Minnesota Duluth 8. Winona State 7-2 7-2 -- at 4-5 Augustana in Week 10 and hosts 2-7 Concordia St. Paul in Week 11. If they can win out AND get losses from Emporia and Duluth (or a collapse by Northwest or Western), I can see them moving into the Top 6. (32)

9. No. 20 Sioux Falls 8-1 8-1 -- at No. 2 (SR3-2) 9-0 Minnesota State in Week 10 and hosts 7-2 Winona State in Week 11. If the Cougars win out, I could definitely see them jumping several spots, regardless of what happens, but they might still need some help from the current field to sneak into the playoffs. (78)

10. No. 16 Pittsburg State
