As I look at the stats of these two teams, I notice that FVSU gives up more yards than they earn on average, but also outscore their opponents. I also see that the Wildcats have 12 interceptions on the year and five fumble recoveries but only convert on third down about 30% of the time. FIT has played some good ball this month as they are averaging 32 points and over 450 yards per game on the year while having Trevor Sand back healthy, who is averaging over 112 yards per game. They have one common opponent, in Delta State, who routed FVSU but lost to FIT. My thoughts are that FVSU is not going to be able to hang with the Panthers, even at home.
