It appears that three GSC teams are in strong positions to make the playoff field when it is announced Sunday. North Alabama and Valdosta State seem to be in the field regardless of the outcomes this weekend and it certainly helps their chances of winning that they are playing the bottom two teams in the conference standings. Florida Tech needs to beat Delta State in order to secure their spot in the field and West Alabama could jump into the post-season if the three teams ahead of them lose or any other number of factors shake things up.
