From batting down passes at LOS, to knocking down passes downfield, to being in position to make a play on almost every receiver' route, to corralling IUP's rushing attack and preventing them from eating clock in the critical early 4th quarter, WSSU D, and number 44, answered the bell almost every time.

Carrothers has done more than you could ask of a backup, but Smith is an elite player. I think he was only in for three drives, but his quickness, accuracy and decision making really stood out to me.
