Below are my headlines, thoughts and reactions from week two. However, before we jump into it, I'd like to recognize two players that established new PSAC records this past weekend.

- Bloomsburg's Franklyn Quiteh set a new PSAC career rushing record by surpassing the old mark of 5,689 which was establisbed by former Husky Jamar Brittingham in 2007. As a reminder, it was only week two!

- Place Kicker Danny Fisher, also a Husky, set a new PSAC record for kicking points in a career with 287. He also tied the PSAC record for field goals made in a career (50). His next three pointer will set a new record.

Fiscus injured in Clarion victory over Lock Haven

Clarion picked up a home win over former divisional rival Lock Haven on Saturday night, but the bigger news was the injury sustained by standout quarterback Ben Fiscus. Late in the first half, Fiscus suffered an undisclosed leg injury and he did not return to the game. His status for this week is not yet known.

It isn't PSAC football, but Mansfield is a PSAC member and they were very proud to bring night footbal back to their campus this past Saturday. The Mounties' Sprint Football team defeated Princeton's sprint team 24-14 in front of record crowd of 6,233. Congrats to the Mountaineers.

Coming up later this week it will be time to break down our first divisional match ups of the season.
