Nine Finalists have been named for the 2013 Harlon Hill Trophy. Traditionally, there are eight finalists (two from each Super Region) but voting resulted in a three finalists being nominated from Super Region 3. The finalists are:

Final voting will conclude on December 7. The top three will be invited to award ceremony in Florence, set to be held on Friday, December 20, the night before the Championship game.
