Coach Lynn Comments about their 2016 Schedule:

Coach's Corner with Head Coach Josh Lynn
We feel good about where we are at, in regards to the Spring. Our players did an outstanding job in the Classroom and Conditioning during the offseason. We have retained all of our coaching staff, which is important. Our recruiting needs over the year has been Offensive Lineman and Secondary players. I believe our coaches have done a good job replacing those specific needs. One of our biggest emphases over the offseason was to develop our young Quarterbacks. We had a great one in Jeremy Buurma the past three seasons.

Expectations for this Season:

Thank you Coach Lynn for your time and comments!

Thoughts on the Upcoming Season:
The ENMU Greyhounds have put together 3 good seasons with 20 wins and 13 losses, including a share of the LSC title in 2013 with a season-ending 6-game win streak.

ENMU is coming of another good season with 6-6 overall and 3-3 in LSC play. The good thing is that they only lost a total of 10 starters between the offense and defense. The bad news is that they lost their quality QB in Jeremy Buurma, who was a great addition to this team. We will be looking to how QB Adam Lucero fills that void against Southwest Baptist and in the coming weeks. In my discussion with Coach Lynn, it appears they have several quality QBs for ENMU and he is really excited to have these players as part of the team.

According to Coach Lynn, Adam Lucero has been with the ENMU football program for 3 years now and has stepped-up to be a leader for the Greyhounds.

The best thing that the Greyhounds have going is bringing Kamal Cass and

The Greyhounds will play their first game at the new Greyhound Stadium on September 10th

ENMU (0-0) v. Southwest Baptist (0-0), Thursday, 7p.m. Kickoff

Bolivar, MO Plaster Stadium

ENMU loses the bulk of their offensive unit and will look to their returners to help mold these newcomers and help the next man up. The defense suffers a less amount of team members to graduation but will still need some playmakers to get involved early against SBU.

Prediction: ENMU 42 Southwest Baptist 28
