Three Days to Kickoff

It is just three days until the NE-10 season starts. All of the teams are 0-0 and have a chance to take the title. The marquee matchup of the weekend is West Chester @ New Haven. Both teams are physical and they will be a lot of big hits on the blue turf this weekend. There are a lot of questions to be answered this weekend and then a whole bunch more asked after the first weekend of the season wraps up.

West Chester had one bad year but is not a bottom of the tier opponent. This is the type of game that the NE-10 needs to win.

I didn't mean to suggest that West Chester is bottom tier but they've been picked to finish only 4th in the PSAC East this year and are still having problems getting defensive talent. ESU and Bloom seem to be recruiting better. I agree with you on the matchup.
