I thought Stonehill played better than expected against Bloomsburg. They gave up 369 yards on the ground but they seemed to be able prevent Bloomsburg from sustaining long, punishing drives on the ground. The Skyhawks responded well in the second half, with 21 points and cut the lead to as little as 10 at one point. They have to clean up the turnovers, but overall it was not a bad effort. New Haven looked really impressive, especially for week one.
