        It sure does. The women's bball team at NW could use some of that culture. It takes a lot of time and hard work to get there though.

                Like a broad generalization that a "culture" specific to one athletic program would be transferable to another program by some sort of relative osmosis.

                    They use it, huh? So there is a tangible set of guidelines? Why are they hoarding it from the other programs. Or is it like a 'you gotta give respect to get it' type deal? How did basketball get it from football?

                      Again, a bit presumptuous on your part but I know your schtick on the boards. Never once did I say it is transferable. Football has a culture that has served them well. Men's bball has developed a culture that is successful. Doesn't mean it's the same culture. Women's bball and a few others at NW need to develop that culture for success in their programs. As I mentioned, it takes time and hard work. Not a simple transfer from one program to another.

                        You get props from me for simply going by NW hoops. I will add you went by that before it was "cool". I should write a country song like that.

                          Interested to see what MWSU Has this year. Looks like lots of talent. Some d1 and all ends of the globe. Probably take some time to gel.
