    Re: Central Region "Challenges"

Wolves have forced 15 turnovers already, but shooting under 40% and being outrebounded....yikes

      Re: Central Region "Challenges"

Wolves down 12-6 when I got home to watch, closed the half outscoring Washburn 30-15 to have a 36-27 lead at the half. Wolves start with the ball 2nd half. (You are welcome boys)

Just need a clean 2nd half, focus on the rebounding and hope the shots start falling at a higher rate.

Guys have live mics during commercial saying "Northern is good, but not near Northwest or Central (I'm assuming Missouri)"

Washburn on a 12-0 run. Wolves lead down to 10 with 5:59 to play. This is not been a great performance for the Wolves.

Winona fans should be happy as the guys are saying Winona is always and outstanding basketball program...but then started talking about the Barton title game...

                Re: Central Region "Challenges"

Wolves hang on for the 69-57 win.

Not a clean game, not great rebounding, uncharacteristically low shooting %. Have to play better to have a shot at Northwest on Sunday.

I'm surprised by that. Watched him play a few games last year and he didn't ever impress. Maybe he improved quite a bit over the summer.

MSU is getting pounded by Pitt State about halfway through the second half 65-49.

Had a really nice showing in their first game at state against a team that had some pretty good D1 players if I remember right. He didn't and up playing all that much as the game went on, but was quality when he was in.

Peacocks hanging right with the Bearcats. NWMSU seems big and strong but they aren't overly aggressive. I can't tell if they are very relaxed and composed or just playing kind of unmotivated

This broadcast has a maintained echo to everything the play by play guy says and we keep getting the old dial up internet tone..
