Washburn opens up with KU the #1 team in the land, plays at Southern Nazarene (#10 preseason top 25) in game 3 and goes to Vegas to play West Texas A & M (#4 preseason top 25) in mid-December. They also have Truman and Eastern New Mexico on the schedule. Both of those teams had nice seasons last year and have good clubs coming back. We should be tested for the gauntlet of the MIAA.

I applaud teams not loading up on teams who are not D2. If you are looking to make a post season run play SOMEBODY. Good Job Lindenwood.

Both are replacing five of their top six scorers. However, their cultures should both rank highly, which will match up nicely against Northwest Mo. Now back to my mom's basement where I, too, am hard to beat.

Hopefully Lindenwood can boast a cleaner police report this year. Only a matter of time until football catches up in the blotter with Fast Jed (Lance) Stugart at the helm.
