Concordia women certainly have been on a roll. Started out slow- lost the opener at MSu-Mankato- but must have found themselves.

Mav women played their best half of the year last night. That would be the first half- Droost was on fire, had 19. At one time I think they were up by 23- margin was cut to 2 as they couldn't handle pressure. Droost barely touched the ball in scoring position in the second half. But they survived and got the win against the top team in the league.

The CSP-Moorhead game today will be interesting. UMD could tie for first in the conference with a win vs. UIU, and if CSP wins.
Outstanding effort by the Mavs to get the victory last night. Hoping they can improve their press-breaker, as that seems to be a weakness against teams that have the athletes and depth to apply full-court pressure.
