    MEN

    NSIC North Division Player of the Week
    #20 Gage Davis (G, 6-4, 185, Sr., Bolingbrook, Ill. / Bolingbrook HS)
    St. Cloud State

    - Averaged 27.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, five assists and 1.5 steals
    - Shot .667 from the field hitting 22-of-33 shots, including 4-of-7 from long range
    - Recording his 12th and 13th 20+ point performances against NSIC opponents this season
    - Scored 24 points in the Huskies 92-74 win over Upper Iowa on Friday
    - Led the team in scoring with 31 points in a 85-70 win against Winona State
    - Recorded his fourth 30+ point performance of the season
    - Ranks second in the NSIC in scoring both overall (23.7) and in NSIC play (25.1)
    - Now has 1,751 career points in NSIC contests, 230 more than second place
    - Named NSIC Player of the Week for the third time this season (11/26/18, 1/14/19)

    WOMEN

    NSIC North Division Player of the Week
    #12 Cassie Askvig (F, 6-2, Jr., Minot, ND / Minot HS) - U-Mary

    - Recorded 34 points and 20 rebounds against Wayne State, both career highs
    - Posted 16 points, 15 rebounds, and two blocks against Augustana
    - Averaged 25 points and 17.5 rebounds per game over the weekend
    - Shot 80 percent from the free throw line
    - Shot 52 percent from the field against Wayne State
    - Scored her 1,000th career point
    - Named NSIC Player of the Week for the second time this season (1/7/19)

    NSIC South Division Player of the Week
    #30 Taylor Drost (F, 6-1, Jr., Menomonee Falls, Wis. / Divine Savior Holy Angels HS) - Minnesota State

    - Averaged 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals per game to help the Mavericks earn a sweep on the weekend
    - Recorded a career high 24 points and added 8 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 assist, 1 steal against MSUM
    - Scored 16 points and earned 4 rebounds, 3 steals against NSU

      Congratulations to Taylor Drost. Outstanding offensive performance this past weekend.

        Drost was huge this weekend. I wish that she would have gotten more touches in the 4th against Moorhead. Certainly the best offensive threat for the Mavs by far.
