    Re: All-MIAA Women's Team

Congrats to all the girls on this list. Northwest wasn't very good this year but have some promise for next year. Junior Tanya Meyer led the league in ppg and 2nd in rpg. She is fun to watch. They will miss Jasmin Howe, a senior who brought leadership and a really good shooter. NW only had 2 seniors (Howe and back-up center Wilhemi). Started 2 sophomores at guard (Williams and Benson who I think has a lot of potential) with the 6th man being another sophomore guard. It's a solid recruiting class coming in to NW and it was huge for the girls to make the conference tournament this year. They could be middle of the conference team next year.

Also, congrats to SBU G Megan Rosenbohm to making 2nd team. I graduated high school with her and she is a fun player to watch.

NW women have to learn to have a passion to play defense to avoid a repeat finish next year. They were abysmal on that end of the court.
