My regional rankings for the week of Feb 13th

As everyone is aware, the regional rankings mean everything for playoffs. Here are my regional rankings as of this week.

1. PT Loma
2. St Martin's
3. UCSD
4. Northwest Nazerene
5. Cal Poly Pomona
6. Cal East Bay
7. chaminade
8. Western Oregon
9.concordia Irvine
10. Sea Pacific

Huge road trip for the broncos who go up to 10-1 Humboldt (at home) as well as a tough Chico St. team in their own gym. Still lots of games ,plus post season tournament on the next 4 weeks.

Great stuff, very close to the current regional rankings, no argument from me, especially in the top 4. Love the conference and regional tournaments, really have to grind it out to get to the Elite 8 or even regionals. In D-1, they're talking 9 ACC or 10 Big 10 teams making the tournament. Think about that for a minute: "We're No. 10! We're going dancing!" I like D2's formula better.

For what it is worth, the rankings that are mentioned are the D2SIDA rankings. They are a poll of SIDs in the region and not NCAA regional rankings. That being said, they are usually much closer to actual rankings than the coaches poll. But alas we will all have to wait for next week to get real Regionals Rankings.

Thanks for the update, I saw that SID thing and wasn't sure if that was official or not. Guessing the real rankings will match that and Billy's rankings, too.

At least on Feb. 12, Chaminade was one of three west region teams in the top 25 in the Coaches national poll. You might have them a little low.

the national poll doesn't really reflect the regional rankings. Chaminade will be punished for playing 17 of 21 games at home so far.
