Correction, interim coach, i.e., cowardly move by administration which doesn't want to name a permanent coach. Interim is a killer tag, people use that against schools in recruiting. "Hey, he's an interim, he'll be gone next year, why do you want to play there." This coach has the credentials to be the head coach, give him the title.
