  • Semi's on TV?

From what I can see, either access the semi-final games via ESPN+ or stream from home team websites. Is that correct? Seems like in the past ESPN or CBS Sports or other would have on generally available cable channels. Apologies if this is covered elsewhere.

    Thanks for the input!

From what I understand, VSU is not broadcasting due to ESPN+.

Nutz! If so, I just lost my excuse for not roto-tilling the garden; not as much fun as football, but it's free.

Seriously, not being on normal cable TV is a drag.

Just subscribe for the game, then cancel.

I'm pretty sure games on ESPN+ are exclusive broadcasts, at least in terms of streaming. (That's true for ESPN+ broadcasts across all levels of college football, and for that matter all sports, BTW.)

Games broadcast on ESPN+ CAN be picked up for broadcast by local TV stations and/or regional sports channels, but I doubt any local/regional channels in the regions for the four participating teams will pick up the relevant game for broadcast.

FWIW, the two semifinals will be televised on tape delay this coming week:

*12/16 (Thu), 5:00 PM ET - Colorado School of Mines at Valdosta State (ESPNU)
*12/18 (Sat), 8:00 AM ET - Shepherd at Ferris State (ESPNU)
